Okay so Im a hopeless romantic! And that is not all.
You see there is a guy that I have been into for a looooooooooooooooong time. Its a crush, it wasnt never a relationship. So last year we reunited and it was just chill. I never told him I had a huge crush on him when I was 14 but hey I was happy just to be hanging out with him as friends. We would talk every week and all was good and I started to feel more and more for him and the way he was talking to me I thought he was feeling the same.Â
So I confessed my love to him by mailing him a drawing (yes Im that freaking shy)
It was not just any drawing it was a beautiful drawing of us just about to kiss...yada yada yada...
So he calls me... to let me know that he wasn't into me that way and since he's known me all this time he doesn't see me any other way than just friends.
-Heart Break-
So I let it be, after all being friends means he still in my life.. so just when IÂ was accepting the fact that we can only be friends...
He drunk dials me- yep- and he tells me he really WAS into me. So My hopes are alive and Im picking out the ring Ima wear when I become Mrs... yeah Right!
Time passed... Â
I talk to him when he is sober and he gives a me story on how he is complicated and he cannot be in a relationship right now... Oh brother

 So Im stiiing here trying to forget a guy who never was anything to me but just friends... I still have this hope... so to Miss Carmen or anyone relating to my story I ask" should I still try ONE mo' time to see if the man will finally come to his senses and choose me as his woman? "

NO WAY I think it's time for him to step up to the plate and make his feelings known to you. There shouldn't be all this guesswork involved, and until he does that, he is not worth your time or energy.
I honestly feel that you should just do your own thing. You're an amazing women my dear and you deserve SOO much more then a freakin drunken "confession" and then some sorry ass sober follow up. Maybe I'm too black and white here, but I honestly feel that when you want to be with someone...you KNOW, there's no hesitation. Don't put your life (and LA) on hold for a man who doesn't even know what beauty and wonder he could have with you!
Hmmm...get over that douche...a woman picks a man not the other way around. Women are the ones who will make the final descion whether to get together, marry, make babies, etc. Even if men think we're making the choice, we're not. Women just like to make us believe we are....

Its funny I have met great guys in this city from this city and visitors to this city, that are VERY VERY interesting, but I don't feel them like that. So Until I get this last try over with Mr DrunkLOVE I will have to put Dating in LA on hold...
just try again. what's the worst that can happen. that he says no? that won't kill you...it'll hurt big time but you'll live. I also suggest start meeting other guys. there's a lot of potential especially in a big city like LA...but hey when you find that guy let me know how you did it ;)
