After eight looong hours at the office it’s finally quittin’ time and you’re ready to see and be seen! So what’s next on your agenda? Heading to the hottest happy hour in town for a couple of drinks, some mingling, and a little ambience. [Sí] Entertainment is here to help you sift through the dives and find the coolest after-work spots in your area.

La-La Land (Los Angeles)
Los Angelanos looking for the ultimate after-work party can head to one of two Cabo Cantina locations, according to Ryan Silver of Silver Lion Productions. The draw? Cheap drinks, good eats and a crowd that really knows how to loosen their proverbial ties once they leave the office! “[It’s a] great place!” claims Silver. “Great happy hours and prices!” All drinks are 2 for 1, including favorites like watermelon margaritas, mojitos and the Cabopolitan, a variation of the Cosmo made with tequila, cranberry juice and a squeeze of lime. Plus munchies like hot corn chips and salsa and killer black bean and cheese egg rolls are as tasty as the drinks. Get here early – the party goes from 4pm – 8pm and tends to get crowded quick.

H-Town (Houston)
It’s after work and things are just starting to get interesting in Houston! So high-tail it over to The Flat, a laid-back lounge that offers up a happy hour that lasts from 5pm – 9pm on weeknights (for those who can’t seem to tear themselves from their desks before 7pm). The menu includes Jamaican jerk wings, black bean nachos and a signature frozen mojito that gets rave reviews. BONUS POINTS: If you bring your iPod, the bartenders will even play your tunes.

Magic City (Miami)
Bienvenidos a Miami! Get yourself over to Novecento-Brickell immediately because they’re serving up an after-work party you won’t want to miss. According to Miami Herald writer Lesley Abravanel this is one of Miami’s best happy hours, and it’s no wonder. “It’s a hot place where everyone comes to meet,” brags Javier Cividini, manager at Novecento-Brickell. “The prices are reasonable and the food is really good.” If it’s cheap drinks you want you can definitely find ‘em here! Everyday from 4pm – 7pm you can grab $6 margaritas and martinis plus $5 mojitos and $3 beers. Expect to get your groove on because a DJs spinning tunes Wednesday – Saturday.

The N-Y-C (New York City)
New York is the city that never sleeps so why go straight home after work? Stay out late with the big kids and head to the Vudu Lounge on Thursday nights for Sacudete Thursdays with Al B. Entertainment. “People love “Sacudete,” Vudu Lounge’s Thursday Happy Hour, because of its great people, food, drinks, music, and dancing,” confesses Vudu Lounge Office Manager, Wanda Torres. From 5pm – 7pm jam to salsa, merengue, reggae and house and enjoy a free (yes FREE!) Latin-style buffet, plus 2 for 1 drink specials! Get there when doors open ‘cause there’s no cover until 6pm.

Chi-Town (Chicago)
The party starts when you shut down your computer and head to Chicago’s own Café Iberico for their renowned tapas and $12 pitchers of sangria. The joint specializes in small plates and inexpensive drinks and there is no set time for “Happy Hour” so you can get your eat and drink on from the time they open ‘til the last patron leaves (or whenever your boss lets you leave the office, whichever comes first)!
