The vibe was just right at last nights Urban Latino Magazine Issue Release and Networking event at Sofritos in NYC. With the lovely Jaslene Gonzalez of Americas Next Top Model fame gracing the cover, the scene was set for a grown and sexy evening. Latinos and other industry folk came in crowds as the bar of Sofritos (57th Street, NYC) quickly became the hot spot for that Wednesday night in the city. As the drinks flowed so did the networking. The whole place buzzed with new opportunities and the strength of the Latino influence in the entertainment industry. Among the guests were this weeks MTV Highlighted artist, The D.E.Y. and some of today's prominent figures in fashion, music, publishing, marketing and the list goes on and on. But the star of the evening was Jaslene. Delivering her natural beauty and down-to-earth persona guests were honored to introduce themselves to the boricua beauty.
