Don't be so hard on yourself

The New year is here! Don't worry about changing your world in one day! Sometimes we set goals that are hard to stick to. Loosing weight, quiting smoking, quiting drinking, managing your finances, loosing the old cloths, getting a new look, doing something you didn't do last year, Ahhh! Enough! Sometimes we are too hard on ourselves and each other. Hence, we begin doing the same things.  The best thing is to accept who we are and fill your interior with wellness thoughts. Feeling happier about who you are and being grateful for what you "do have" can open your mind to changes without them stressing you. After all, Monday was just another day. A Monday that turned into Tuesday after midnight. My point is, love yourself from the inside out and that love will spew out of you and longlasting changes will happen. Surround yourself of internal love. Enjoy the world we all share for a short period of time while we experience living. The rest are just minor details!  Happy New Year to all!!! May you find inner peace, strength and beauty within.
