Upground(The band) & Personal Life

How to balance The band & our own personal Life.........

That question sure can be difficult most of the time due to the amount of Public interaction.

I find it difficult at times but in the end it seems to work out on both ends. Why am I in a Band..?

One of the biggest or possibly the only reason I am In a band is because I love Playing Music.

When I am on stage possibilities are endless. It is my home and my peace of mind. Playing in

front of people that appreciate music as much as me gives me a feeling of extreme satisfaction

knowing it  satisfies the fan's/music lover's appetite for an escape from reality.

            I would like to share with you guys the first time I ever set foot on a stage in front of a couple

hundred kids. I was about 5 or 6 years old in front of two hundred something kids in an auditorium.

(Took Place at Ford Blvd Elementary School) As soon as I started playing I ventured into a zone

of endless possibilities that took me to a place I only have felt in dreams. The stage was mine and

 nothing was impossible in my vocabulary. I played Marry Had A Little Lamb as if It was the first

time that song was ever heard/played Live !! I played the HELL out of that song.

After that the rest was history!..

For Me Music Is Life. Sure there is a lot! i mean ALOT of things that come along with being in a

Band But the only thing that absolutely has me playing in a Band is..... Playing MUSIC!!!!!!!!!!!!
