Room 28's resident exercise guru Manny Mofongo is looking for a few good women to join his new exercise program: The Manny Mofongo "Lemme Work You Out" fitness program. Q. Manny, I was just wondering, what is the best way to get a six pack? -Cheryl from Rego Park, Queens

Manny: Hello, Cheryl [I hope I'm pronouncing that right.] The best way that I've found to get a six pack is by working out.....in the bedroom. I find that getting busy in the sack is the most efficient way to tone up that gut of yours. I believe in this so much that I call my six pack a sex pack...just to remember how I got them.

Q. Manny, I have trouble making my biceps bigger. How can I get huge biceps like yours without steroids? -Jake from New Brunswick, New Jersey

Manny: I'm sorry Jake but my workout tips are only for women. I came to the conclusion that I only had enough time in my busy schedule to train one gender. And I hate the smell of man sweat. Woman sweat is so much better. I think I can actually bottle up some woman sweat and sell it as a new Vitamin Water flavor. Now I'm  getting thirsty.  Anyway Jake, I'd like you to take your sweaty, skinny, third world country biceps and go find some cheap steroids. No unisex training here.
