Due to the current state of Hip Hop music or rap music for that matter, new album releases have been extremely uneventful.  There are only a handful of artist that I await in anticipation for there new releases (ie. Nas, Mos Def, Ghostface, Outkast,Kanye,  Jay-Z, etc) you get the picture.  It's hard for us real lovers of Hip Hop music and culture these days.  We cling to the classics albums awaiting when one of our favorite rappers take a break from acting, retirement or industry bullshit to drop there latest creation.  Tomorrow is one of those days, The Roots new album "RISING DOWN" drops.  I got myself an advance copy Saturday night, wink, wink! (Sidebar:  I did download it but trust me I will be copping a hard copy.  I got to support real Hip Hop.)  And I can't stop playing it.  I think it's probably there best album ever or close to it.  What I find crazy is The Roots have like a million videos out for this album,o.k. maybe like 3 or 4. Did Def Jam give the a bigger budget this time?   See below and enjoy!
