Remember that hilarious movie that spoofed one of the scariest monsters that ever existed? That monster being Frankenstein, which was played to perfection when Robert DeNiro played him...

Well, before DeNiro played the monster, Mel Brooks made the classic spoof titled "Young Franfenstein" with my favorite comic actor Gene Wilder:

If you've ever seen the movie, it's one of the funniest things out there. Gene Wilder plays the doctor and Peter Boyle (from "Everybody Loves Raymond" plays the monster. Well, now after almost 33 years later from the film, Mel Brooks has made this all time classic into a full on Broadway Musical. The case looks hilarios and you might even recognize all of them

Sutton Foster, a Broadway animal who got the Tony for Thoroughly Modern Millie and was brilliant in The Drowsy Chaperone. Megan Mullally from Will & Grace, Roger Bart from The Producers and the list goes on and on. But if your planning to check this one out, make sure you start saving as of now. The production hits broadway in October and from what I hear it's coming to the Hilton Theatre...the biggest theatre on Broadway. Brooks has $$$ on his mind and VIP seating go up to $450...I could only imagine what the back row will cost. It's to bad the prices are so high...it doesn't give a chance for poor folks like me to check it out. But it looks funny...
