Models get a bad rap for being pretty but dumb.

I think that to be a top model you have to know everything about everything. The job of a model is to pose with a product; any product and by doing so get people to buy that product. Models generally have to express emotion in their ads; which means they need to understand the concept of the advertisement. Fashion models are used mainly to promote apparel on the runway, magazines, catalogs, billboards, and on the internet. Supermodels are the highest paid, top fashion models. A model could just as easily model for Dior as they could for A samsung phone, a Toshiba television, aGatorade, NYU, Herbal Essence, etc. Basically what Im trying to say is that models need to know everything about everything. The need to be well spoken and articulate as well because a lot of advertisements call for them to talk about the product as in a commercial or at a convention.
