I wanted to post this for those of you in the LA area who might have a chance to come out.

It's an event called "The Sick Artist Event". The purpose is to raise $100,000 to buy health insurance for 10 independent uninsured artists. I just found out I'm going to be one of the lucky recipients. In any case it's going to be a great evening, and $10 puts you on the guest list and makes a donation as well.
