So I have been traveling a bit, im very excited to say I have been given the opportunity to go to Italy, Spain, and Belgium. Going ot Italy and and Spain was particularly exciting because I always remember my grandparents growing up had pictures from their travels to Europe, and I always knew I would get a chance to go over there, it was just a matter of when and how, and music has given me this opportunity. It was great to appreciate places of such importance historically. Bearing witness to things we only see in movies is amazing, I would walk down the streets of rome and imagine all the things that happened throughout history on the very same steps that I was taking, and then I would look around and realize that to most people living there it was just another day. Perception is everything I guess. It must like living in the New York area, and watching tourists walk around the city. Every once in a while I will look up to the sky through the buildings and skyscrapers and remember oh yea the city is so cool. Amazing what we accomplish as human beings and how easily we forget sometimes.

As a guitar player working with Marc Anthony’s band I get a chance to see and go to amazing places, but one in particular was quite awesome. While doing a benefit show in Conneticut, Santana came on stage to perform with Marc, and being on the same stage with Marc’s band and Santana standing alongside of us doing his thing was a night to remember. To share the stage with a legend like Santana is something any musician, especially a guitar player like myself, will never forget!
