The Golden Age – The beautiful talenteCate Blanchett  reprises her Queen Elizabeth role in this steamy new drama “Elizabeth”.

Just like everyone else, the first thing came to my mind was how many of these film were going to be made, and why – Nevertheless; it did not stop me from dragging one of  my good friend to the theater, we bough the large popcorn, with two large soda, and was ready for a long bore two hours… It was kind of my punishment for my friend – I was under the expression that he wasn’t going to enjoy the film, but he like it or not, he had to seat through it; and eyes open staring at the screen… But I was wrong –

As it turn out we both enjoyed the film very well, Cate Blanchett is flawless – “I am your Queen” she said, and yes she is.  “Elizabeth the Golden Age”  set in the late 16th Century Europe, Queen Elizabeth I -  who still today know as the England greatest ruler, fin her role as the new Queen demanding, and challenging, as everyone in her life, and the rest of Europe player matchmaker.

King Philip II of Spain, the most powerful nation at the time declared war on Elizabeth, in hope to restore England to Catholicism. Elizabeth prepared to go to war to defend her throne, remain true to her people – as we all know, she was the Virgin Queen.

Haute Couture, the customer was beautiful; it was like watching Christian Dior fashion show, overall, it was good, if you like fashion, or just want a little of history, and love… It just good pass time.
