It's not often that you can dine with an actress. Most interviews are rushed phone conversations but fortunately for me I was able to chat with Mexican hottie Ana de La Reguera over breakfast. She was a delight and as delicate as she appears on camera. Check the feature story on Capadocia here and read below for her upcoming projects and her Cover Girl experience.

Her upcoming films:
"I just finished a film called Backyard. It's a Mexican production but Paramount is going to distribute it in the States. Jimmy Smits and Joaquin Cosio will be in it. It will premiere next year. Now I'm going to start filming another American film with Jay Hernandez. Paraiso Travel is another film I did with John Leguizamo. I've done a lot more independent films after Nacho Libre."

Cover girl experience:
"It's been an enormous opportunity. I am very grateful. I love how they work and what the message they want to project-for a woman to be herself. I identify a lot with the brand."
