Last night was great, alot of people and I sold alot of CD's. For some reason, I could not sleep and I woke up around 9am, so thats about 4 hours of sleep. Ate at IHOP, got on the road, suck in mad traffic due to a burning car and while in traffic, we looked over and someone throwing up out of their car. Funny.
Chilled out in downtown San Antonio, tourist stuff, ate some food and met upÂ
with Zin, of Houston's S.O.S Radio on 90.1 fm.
Tonights show was originally supposed to be somewhere else and perhaps thatÂ
affected the overall attendance but it was still cracking. Itzli performed as did
Houston's Free Rads. All the same artists from Austin, with the above two.Â
Almas Intocables performed with the Free Rads, performing a song off of the album which was so banging. I felt my inner James Brown get down to the fullest tonight. Last night we rocked beats but tonight with a full on band, woooooooooooo. Love it. Free Rads are so banging.
Everyone set it off. Now the soundman was a trip. Homeboy was either he owner,
local tripper, super drunk, something. He was not accomodating any requests.Â
Shout to Fade, Ethos and Reverence for holding the sound down.
We decided  to drive back to Houston through the night, landing at appx. 6am. I was supposed to be relived of my driving duties half way through but some couldn't hang. (I always say, I'm hella driven.) Slept for about 4 hours and I was off running errands, preparing for tonight.
