Hello there SiTv Community......

It has been a while....a month to be exact!....yes....

i have been MIA....travelling through 4 different countries in 3 different continents!

it has trully been amazing!

My first stop was Tunisia in Northern Africa, from there i went to Geneva Switzerland, then to Lanzarote (Canary Islands), and finally to Buenos Aires, Argentina.

I just flew back to LA last night....and i am both sad and excited at the same time....

I am sad because at every place i visited, i left a family member who i love and care for very much, whether it is an uncle and aunt, or a little brother or sister, a mother, a grandmother....i was able to feel the warmth of their love and i realize how much their love means to me in Life!

And i am excited because i realize that i have built a home here in Los Angeles....and that is a good feeling to have, to know that somewhere in the world, despite the displacement of my family and the separations from my culture, there is a place that i can call home, because i have made it so; i have built it along with a community around it that re-inforce Los Angeles as a place i am happy to live in....

But enough with self-reflection and sentimentality....

i just wanted to write to let you know that i am back!...and so excited about the new poems, reviews, thoughts, and ideas...that i will be posting HERE...on my SiTv Blog...three times a week.....

so keep checking back....
