We as people pay way too much attention to Language and speech...the words people say to us for some reason have much more of an impact on us than their actions...Why is it that we are this sensitive to language and speech? Afterall they're just words and sounds coming out of someones mouth...We have always been told that actions speak louder than words yet no one ever seems to really believe it. I feel that in order to really understand someone and really be able to tell the type of person they are we need to really go beyond what it is they are saying or have said and really pay attention to what it is they are doing or have done...Anyone can talk a good game..it's not hard to say things like "of course I got your back" , "of course I'm gonna be there for you no matter what", "Yes, i really do love you" or "You know your my friend till the end"....thats the easy part--saying it...And by just simply believing their words one lets their guard down automatically and you form this preconceived notion that just because they said these things that you might have wanted to hear..it has to be true..wrong...We need to take a step back and really analyze what is it that these so called "caring" people have done to prove that they really do love you, or really do care for your or that they really are your friend...In this day and age where fake-ness prospers and honesty amongst people is something that can no longer be handled because of fear of hurting feelings we really need to step back and close our ears for a moment and open our eyes and evaluate people and things for what they really are...For words are only heard and can be forgotten with time..but actions are felt and leave lasting impressions..We need to analyze all of these things and really figure out in our lives who is only word deep and then take action on that......
