D-Town Records
Mixing the “old school with the new school, making whole school”.

D-Town Records, a small full service record label based in the heart of Dallas/Ft. Worth is one the fastest growing labels in the country. The company came into existence in October 2004. The CEO of the company, Mr. Nate Edwards said it was never his intention to start a record label, it just happened. Since day one, it has been the mission of D-Town Records to create that unmistakable signature sound that sets them apart from any other record label, and they’ve done just that. D-Town Records has infused their roster with national, platinum and grammy award winning artists and producers to create that sound.

Nate Edwards and his independent label Eieg LLC / d/b/a D-Town Records recently inked a three-year deal with Sony/RED to distribute Keingz Ransoms' new record Get Crunk and future Eieg albums. The street date for Get Crunk has not been released yet but it will be in, 2008.

D-Town Records brings Grammy Award winning and multi-Platinum recording artist “The Deele” to the metroplex to work on their next project. This is the re-introduction of the Deele, formerly of Solar records. “The Deele” recently performed a Flawless 90 min set in Cincinnati Ohio along with the SOS Band, Ronald Isley and the Isley Brothers in which The Deele received a well deserved standing ovation.

The Deele will be releasing a single with D-Town Records (New School) R&B singing sensation recording artist “Keingz Ransom” in 2008. Baby Face and LA Reid both have bought into the project and committed to lend support based on current and future performances and recordings.

"I am excited because this opens the door to infinite possibilities, taking our music to new places and new people," said Edwards. "We have been getting a significant amount of exposure, but now when people hear it on the radio or the streets they can go into the local music stores and purchase the entire album."
