Everybody needs to get off the GMENS back!!  They're currently 1-2 and are getting shit on a consistent basis from the New York papers!  Why I have no clue? 

In all honesty I believe the Giants have a legitimate chance of not only making it to the playoffs but making it past at least the first round.  I'm also a realist and am not going to say that they're the best team in the NFL but look at their story so far and tell me that you still think they deserve all the criticism.

Week 1, they start the season w/ their #1 defensive player (Strahan) being out of football shape due to his hold out, no Tiki Barber and to make matters even worse Tiki's replacement (Jacobs) gets injured early in the game along w/ their #1 Defensive line-man (Ominyura) and yet they still came back and had a great chance of beating Dallas who's (3-0)!!

Week 2, with no RB they lose to Green Bay who's also (3-0) and then in week 3 they beat Washington who was (2-0) at the time and coming off a Mon. night victory of the Eagles!

So, with all the injuries and late reports to the camp losing to two (3-0) teams and beating a (2-0) team isn't as bad as you think.  Especially since Eli Manning is having his best start of any season and looks very sharp.  He's thrown 6 TD's in 3 games and has built a Delhomme/Smith connection w/ Plaxico Burress!

If the Ginats can get some type of production from their defense they will be a contender in a weak conference that is up for grabs!

Sun. night against the Eagles who are coming off a victory in impressive fashion will be another strong test for GMEN but I believe they will prevail!
