Only a seven minutes session and 47 thrown pitches in the outfield of a minor league complex but the Rockets first work out signified so much more….THAT HE’S BAAAACK!!!
The Yanks are (17-19) 8.5 gms. Behind the sorry ass Redsox and I’m confident as ever we’ll have a World Series victory this year especially now with the Rocket.
Is age an issue?
I don’t give a damn if the man’s 45yrs. old or 75yr.s old! Like I always say, “age is nothing but a number” To Simply put it…He’s the Freakin MAN, enough said! Here’s why…
- 7 time Cy Young Award winner (2 more than any other pitcher ever)
- 300+ wins
- 4,000+ Strikeouts
- World Series Champion
- Most importantly he brings intimidation and confidence

Anybody who knows anything about sports knows that defense wins championships and in baseball pitching in essence is defense. You can look to one reason for a 6 yr. World Series drought for the Yanks…Lack of pitching.
Mark my words…By the end of the year the Yanks will have a healthy starting rotation of Wang, Mussina, Clemens, and Pettitte and will be the team to beat in the playoffs!
If you don’t believe me, OBVIOUSLY you didn’t read my De La Hoya vs. Mayweather prediction….I’m NEVER wrong!![]()

Just trying to clarify, Big Papi is mentally retarded right?
Lets Go Mets!!
the yankees got clemens to stay on the front page of their home paper...a 200+ million dollar payroll and up to this point still not the talk of the town. now with clemens, espn (being the east coast lovers that they are) will get on their knees and start juggling for the yes network
sooner than expected will we be drowned by another season of i love ny (the return of the a savior?) hahaha, oh man...this blog is ridiculus...i'm naw-chess.
big papi, i gotta say you really are a fan...you LOVE the yankees... but i don't blame you, LOVE clouds the common sense that smack yoos in the face. LOVE makes you feel like your TEAM is really playing for you and not for dolla sign ($).
I applaud clemens, he is now the highest paid pitcher in mlb history...his shadiness made that happen...at 45 te vio la cara de menso. and singlehandedly your beloved yankees are ruining the game.
so what now? to all yoo yankee fans...YANK DEEZ!!!

trade bynum!
Anyone in their right mind was going to pick Mayweather. He is the favorite coming into the match. Who really thought De La Hoya was going to win? Btw Mark my words!!!! This Summer is going to have 2 days with atleast 90 degree days!!! IM NEVER WRONG!!!
As for the Yankees. Great move for Clemens, 28 million dollars prorated. The man has never been loyal. Do you remember how you felt when he faked his retirement to go to the Astros? Well Good luck (hehehehe) Its great to have that spirit!! CLEMENS OUR SAVIOR...I guess the Savior took a nap when DiamondBacks,Angels,Marlins took the ring.
Bottom line. Tigers and RedSox are really strong and with a Healthy Yankee team they have (A CHANCE)
That was a non bias opinion...
ps
LETS GO METS!!!
1. He's 45
2. He's not a full time player
3. He's a Clubhouse Distraction
4. Go Sox
