Lisdsay Lohan Is Crazy
Posted on: Mon, 06/11/2007 - 2:03am
Lindsay Lohan pisses me off. For one she's not 21 and she's gotten to do Ten times more coke then i EVER will because she's loaded.... Its become the new trend to sell her out for a quick cash fix... now, her former bodyguard Lee Weaver, Is writing a memoir about his time with Lindsay and even sold a few juicy tidbits to News of the World, which has officially cornered the market on Lindsay Lohan’s drug addiction. Here's Some Lowlights
She had a total death wish and took more drugs and drank more than anyone I’ve met. I lost count of the times I thought she was overdosing and had to carry her out of parties. Every morning I’d breathe a sigh of relief she was still alive.
She used boys for drugs and girls for thrills. I lost count of the women she took back to her Hotel Room fom clubs.
I even saw her try to grope Mariah Carey’s bottom and boobs one night as they danced. One time I went to look for her in a club bathroom and found her in the corner French-kissing a girl.
Nobody was as wild as Lindsay. But Nicole came close. Sometimes Paris Hilton would be there but the most I saw her do was drink and strip. One night Lindsay and Nicole were making trip after trip to the bathroom — she wouldn’t snort in front of me because she knew I’d get mad. But the more wasted they got the less she cared. In the end they carried in a mirror from the bedroom, laid it on the coffee table and emptied a mountain of coke onto it. They went at the stuff with straws, hoovering it all up then piling more on. I tried to tell Lindsay to stop but she just told me it was cool. After ten hours I’d had enough and threatened to throw the mirror out of the window. I had to carry her out to the car.
Bitch is crazy

Boy doing 10 years for Molestation Released. Letter of the Law vs Spirit of the law
Posted on: Sun, 06/10/2007 - 8:30pm
A Georgia judge ordered the release Monday of a man sentenced to 10 years in prison for having consensual oral sex with a 15-year-old girl when he was 17. The judge threw out Genarlow Wilson's previous sentence and amended it to misdemeanor aggravated child molestation with a 12-month sentence, plus credit for time served. Under the new ruling, he will not be required to register as a sex offender. Wilson, now 21, has been behind bars for more than
two years.
"If this court or any court cannot recognize the injustice of what has occurred here, then our court system has lost sight of the goal our judicial system has always strived to accomplish ... justice being served in a fair and equal manner," wrote Judge Thomas H. Wilson.
Law's are sticky business.
Letter of the law and spirit of the law are incredibly different things, both of which are used in courtrooms across the nation. There are so many factors that are taken into consideration when the final verdict is given. This is a case that would be clear cut misdemeanor to most judges.... but according to the law, it is a major offense, therefore, any judge is within his legal right to issue a ten year sentence....
If that happens, is justice being served? Well thats not what laws are for... are they? They are there to set boundaries. If people cross those boundaries... there will be punishments.
I know several people who got physically angry if they get a speeding ticket. People will say dumb things like.... but i was only going 10 mph over the speed limit... I thought that was allowed...
Um " Dur Da Dur" its called a speed LIMIT. meaning the fastest you are allowed to drive.... not "hey, this is a good guideline for how fast you should go" The reason that people think this was is most cops follow the Spirit of the Law. They allow you to speed a little and drive with the flow of traffic because its not putting anyone in danger.
The Letter of the law says that in order to have a license, you have to follow all street signs, that means stop at all stop sign and follow the speed limit. That's following the Letter of the Law
Like i said, it's a sticky subject. A lot of criminals sentences ride on judges... and judges are only human.. that means they can be moody, they can be swayed, they can be sympathetic........ and.... they can make mistakes. Mistakes just like the one that was fixed when this kid walked free

Apple To Have 3 million Iphones On Reserve
Posted on: Thu, 06/07/2007 - 11:33pm
Apple will have 3 million iPhones available at launch
BusinessWeek is reporting that not one, but two sources have told them that Apple plans to have 3 million iPhones on hand upon launch. Apple, of course, will not comment on the numbers, and that's all the detail we get. 3 million is certainly nothing to sneeze at and would go against every instinct that every Mac user has developed over (at least) the last five to seven years. We're definitely used to waiting for our products (although we're still not happy about it). Given that number, it would seem that nearly everyone who waits in line for an iPhone when it comes out should be able to get one, and then some. 3 million might even be a little bit of overkill, which would be a welcome change. Of course, Piper Jaffray's Gene Munster predicts that Apple will sell all of 3.2 million iPhones in the entire year (well, half a year, anyway), so maybe Apple is hoping to break that record early. (Munster says he also expects Apple to sell 12.4 million iPhones in 2008 and a whopping 45 million in 2009
3 million iPhones ...gawdamn. Thats alot of hooch. Here's to hoping that it's a success and dosn't bomb its way into the history books. If they open it up so that developers can create software for it... it will be a huge success. It may very well become the next nokia... you remember the one... that brick that your grandfather had when cell technology was first being adopted... yeah that one....
